Overview

The professionals at Circle 6 Consulting are experts in creating and delivering Lean Six Sigma curricula. We follow the structure of the adult learning model to develop the most effective, unique LSS programs of instruction on the market. Our material is developed by certified Master Black Belts and Ph.Ds in relevant fields who all have more than 15 years of experience teaching the LSS methodology and in real-world application.

Off the Shelf

We have several standard, off-the-shelf curricula available for licensing. Our curriculum packages include all datasets for exercises, templates, tools, instructor files, test banks, presentation slide decks, and student workbook files. File formats include PowerPoint, PDF, Word, Excel and Minitab. Each module has a mix of both manufacturing and transactional/service examples.

Every module that we create has two distinct sections:

  1. Presentation slide
  2. Notes view page

The instructor uses the presentation slide during the course and the notes view is included in the student workbooks and provides greater detail than the slide view as well as a place for the student to take notes.
